Directions To Our Office

Please follow the appropriate directions below or create your own using the Google Maps form to the right.

Please be sure and park in a visitor parking spot in our parking lot (marked with green signs). You can either go up to the front doors or enter in the doors to the building off the parking lot. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor (you can't use the stairs because of the building security system). Our office is located just to your left as you come out of the elevator.

From U.S. 1

From The North:

1. Take U.S. 1 South towards College Park
2. Turn right onto Hartwick Road
3. Our office is a five story office building on the left after you pass FedEx Office. Be sure to park in one of the visitor spaces (marked with green signs)

From The South:

1. Take Rhode Island Ave. (U.S. 1 North)
2. Rhode Island Ave. (U.S. 1 North) becomes Baltimore Ave. North at the Maryland/D.C. line
3. Proceed to the city of College Park
4. Turn left onto Hartwick Road
5. Our office is the five story office building on the left after you pass FedEx Office. Be sure to park in one of the visitor spaces (marked with green signs)

From The Capital Beltway (I-495)

Recommended:

1. Take Exit 25 - U.S. 1 South, College Park
2. Proceed approximately 2.5 miles on U.S. Route 1 South
3. Turn right onto Hartwick Road
4. Our office is the five story office building on the left after you pass FedEx Office. Be sure to park in one of the visitor spaces (marked with green signs)

Alternate From The North Or East:

1. Take Exit 23 201 Kenilworth Avenue Bladensburg Greenbelt
2. Proceed South on 201 in the direction of Greenbelt Road and Bladensburg
3. Turn right onto Paint Branch Parkway
4. Proceed approximately two miles to U.S. Route 1
5. Turn right onto US Route 1
6. Turn right onto Hartwick Road
7. Our office is the five story office building on the left after you pass FedEx Office. Be sure to park in one of the visitor spaces (marked with green signs)

Alternate From The South Or West:

1. Take Exit 28B - 650 South New Hampshire Avenue Tacoma Park
2. Go South on New Hampshire Avenue, approximately 1/2 mile
3. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Adelphi Road
4. At the third traffic light, cross University Boulevard (Route 193) and get into the left lane
5. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Campus Drive
6. Turn right at the traffic circle onto Mowatt Lane
7. Yield right at second stop sign onto Guilford Drive
8. Turn left onto Hartwick Road
9. Our office is in the first office building on the right. Be sure to park in one of the visitor spaces (marked with green signs)

From The Baltimore/Washington Parkway (295):

From The North:

1. Take Exit 23 - 201 Kenilworth Avenue Bladensburg Greenbelt
2. Proceed South on 201 in the direction of Greenbelt Road and Bladensburg
3. Turn right onto Paint Branch Parkway
4. Proceed approximately two miles to U.S. Route 1
5. Turn right onto US Route 1
6. Turn right onto Hartwick Road

From The South:

1. Take the exit for Riverdale Road (Route 410)
2. Turn left onto Riverdale Road at end of the ramp
3. Proceed West on Riverdale Road - its name chanes to East-West Highway after crossing Kenilworth Avenue
4. Turn left onto US Route 1
5. Turn left onto Hartwick Road
6. Our office is the five story office building on the left after you pass FedEx Office. Be sure to park in one of the visitor spaces (marked with green signs)

From U.S. 50 West

1. Take U.S. 50 West to the Capital Beltway (I-495)
2. Go North on I-95/I-495 toward Baltimore (Outer Loop)
3. Follow directions for the Capital Beltway above

From 16th Street North

1. Take 16th St. North
2. 16th St. becomes Georgia Ave. North at Maryland/D.C. line
3. Go East on the Capital Beltway (I-495) toward Baltimore
4. Follow directions for the Capital Beltway above
