Schedule
Maryland Sea Grant will organize and facilitate a two-day workshop limited to 75 participants. The general structure of the meeting will include a series of plenary presentations followed by facilitated sessions designed to engage participants and build consensus on target issues.

PLENARY PRESENTATIONS AND DISCUSSION
|
The participants in the break out sessions will be charged with identifying key issues, gaps, and solutions to be included in a framework for a regional management plan. In addition, participants will be encouraged to discuss possible actions to be considered by the jurisdictions and a corresponding timeline for completion. Facilitators will guide the discussion using a series of questions that address key issues associated with the development of a management plan. By the end of the workshop, participants will have reached consensus on the framework for management control strategies.
