Tom Horvath
SUNY at Oneonta
Thomas Horvath is an Assistant Professor at the State University New York College at Oneonta and the Biological Field Station in Cooperstown, New York, where he teaches courses in aquatic science and environmental pollution. He is a graduate faculty member and serves on several graduate student committees. His research in exotic species covers a range of ecosystems from small stream habitats to nearshore habitats in the Great Lakes. The focus of his work is on dispersal mechanisms and ecological impacts of invasive species. He is first author of a number of recent journal articles related to zebra mussels and other invasive species and has contributed to several reports. |
